The firm is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to act as a Product Onboarding Specialist to own the process of operationalizing fund products through the full lifecycle—from ideation through dissolution, including pipeline management, entity formation, counterparty engagement, and data management—to ensure optimal fund operations.
Working with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders–Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, custodian banks, fund administrators, and other service providers–this individual will lead working groups consisting of all parts of the investment support network to complete fund setups.
This role is based in the Dublin office and will sit within the Client Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the strategic team responsible for go-live readiness of new funds, SPVs, and other investment vehicles managed by the firm.
Ideal Experience
A successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in fund or investment operations, accounting, entity management, or other business operations roles at an asset management firm. Familiarity with reporting functions, custodian banks and fund administrators, trade capture and accounting systems, KYC procedures, and tax related issues will be valuable.
Responsibilities
· Actively engage with the firms Global Client Solutions team to understand new investment products (funds) from inception, including their investment strategies, asset types, structuring, and the related support services required for ongoing operation of the product.
· Lead product pipeline calls and ensure stakeholders are apprised of the operational mechanics of new funds, launch timelines, and open issues ahead of fund close.
· Organize product-specific working groups to drive accountability across each responsible support team and ensure complete fund setup and operational readiness ahead of first close.
· Produce informational materials for working group sessions and updates for stakeholders.
· Monitor closing checklist items; follow up with ownership teams for completion and updates.
· Maintain product information, documents, and other key information related to fund operations in internal systems and workflow management applications.
· Work with external parties such as fund administrators, custodians, tax and legal consultants as needed.
· Partner with Technology, Engineering & Development team on workflow system enhancements to scale for future growth and complexity.
