Head of Regular Giving
Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for a for a local company in the Newry & Mourne area for a Head of Regular Giving on a permanent basis.
To be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of Regular Giving income this includes individual giving, legacy, gift aid, in-memory fundraising, direct marketing and lottery. They will take an innovative approach to identify and leverage appropriate strategies which will generate income for, and raise the profile of this organisation on a long term and sustained basis.
To work closely with the Director of Development to ensure the delivery of annual budgets to enable the Hospice to continue its ongoing delivery and development of services to meet the growing needs of the community it serves.

Experience & qualifications required
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g. business, marketing) plus 3 years’ experience in fundraising, sales management, marketing, customer care or PR environment OR no formal qualifications and 5 years’ experience as outlined above.
Experience in creating, delivering, and adapting strategic plans to deliver significant revenue growth.
Demonstrated success in effectively managing partnerships, creating stewardship plans or account development strategies.
Experience developing, managing, and monitoring budgets.
Experience working with systems and databases.
Ability to review activity to understand impact and return on investment.
Travel
Willingness to travel and work flexibly (occasionally evenings and weekends) as required to meet the demands of the role.
Full driving license with eligibility to drive in the UK and access to a car for work purposes (or able to demonstrate other means of fulfilling this aspect of the role).
Permanent position, option for hybrid working, 35 hours per week.
Salary in the region of £38,000 - £42,000 pa
