Major global brand in content creation and marketplace space is looking to hire a German speaking HR professional to join their HR BP Team.
The role
This position plays a pivotal role in providing business partner support for different teams and specific expertise for DACH market.

Your responsibilities
- Looking after the employment process on DACH Market
- Providing an advice on German employment law practices
- Participating in planning and facilitating onboarding and other employee programs
- Partnering with different stakeholders and managers, advising on retention, performance management, salary review, employee engagement, training, diversity and inclusion, employee relations
- Looking after the compliance with local German employment laws
Your profile
- Experience in supporting German employees, understanding and applying specific German employment laws and worker's council requirements
- 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience in working with Worker's councils
- (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent German and English speaker
