Key responsibilities include presence in the Resort during night hours, ensuring that the highest level of guest service is given at all times, paying particular attention to conference/function business and all public areas, ascertaining complete guest satisfaction at all times.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospitality.
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
- Previous experience working night shifts is essential.
- Full clean drivers license

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Check in and out hotel guests as required as well as assisting with guest requests in relation to luggage/porterage.
- To ensure meeting & event rooms are properly set up, broken down and reset according to the weekly function sheets.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for hotel guests.
- To liaise with front office and any other relevant personnel regarding all aspects of client's requirements.
- Complete full report of night shift in diary and handover any problems/incidents to Handover staff prior to leaving.
