The job: Sales Support (DACH market)
You will be responsible for being the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners
Responsibilities and tasks
- To prepare and deliver new applications generated by company's German Sales Team
- Coordinator and support for applications daily
- Support sales by participating in important customer meetings.
- Develop positive relationships and daily communication internally, with partners and merchants regarding various administrative supporting issues.
- Maintain and update database of existing merchants and partners
- Key responsible for answering the boarding team on open issues, and pending’s in the application process.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent German, and English
- Ideally you have experience in similar role or sales support roles
- Should come from payments, finance and banks background/industry
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
