Legal Secretary

LEGAL SECRETARY- GALWAY

I am currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join one of Galway’s leading Law firms.

This is a full-time permanent position based fully onsite in Galway City. The successful candidate will have previous Dictaphone/ Audio typing experience.

Role Responsibilities:

·      Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and legal executives

·      Diary management and appointment scheduling

·      Managing inboxes and call queries

·      Maintaining professional relationships

·      Manage and update files and databases

·      Gather and compile information relevant to cases and legal matters

·      Dictaphone typing

·      Managing incoming and outgoing post

·      Ad-hoc Reception duties when required

Role Requirements:

·      Previous experience in a similar role in a busy environment

·      Experience supporting litigation cases would be an advantage

·      Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner

·      Previous audio typing experience
