Cpl are supporting a global FS company in their search for a new Technical Business Analyst to join their Dublin office.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background covering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Mapping, Data Management and Governance.
Our ideal candidate will also have solid experience within Investment Banking / Capital Markets.
Role:
- Collaboration with DDO to faciliate data onboarding onto the Data platform
- Work closely with stakeholders such as data owners with data mapping and data classification tasks
- Ownership of data management and data governance projects
- Process improvements
- Using data knowledge to answer business questions
- Identify data and functionality gaps
- Make recommendations to engineering teams
Experience:
- This is a senior hire and we need a candidate with at least 8 years of experience
- Capital Markets/Investment Banking experience is close to essential
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with Data Viz tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with JIRA
- Strong project management skills
- Skilled in relationship building, communication and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills is essential
