HRIS Specialist – 2 Year FTC– Dublin City
Seeking a HRIS Specialist to join an Entertainment Organisation on a 2 Year FTC contract, based in Dublin City.
Responsibilities:
· Monthly management of company headcount reporting
· Ensure records are kept up to date on HR systems
· Regular system audits and follow through to ensure data compliance to HR processes
· Ensuring data managed within our different HR systems is consistent with the payroll systems data
· Provide support, troubleshooting and guidance to all employees for HR systems
· Manage permissions, access and other requests for HR service users of HR systems
· Provide training on HR systems as required within the HR team and the wider business
· Customise and provide HR reports as required from the HR systems
· Collaborate and manage HR process improvements (focused on optimisation of HR processes, process improvements, enhancing metrics / dashboards, automation and digitising experiences)
· Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems
· Provide regular reports and metrics on team activity and trends
Requirements:
· Highly developed working knowledge of HR systems, together with strong PC skills, including core Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word.
· Strong reporting skills are required to track activity and produce and assess metrics and trends
· Previous HR Experience as HRIS Specialist
· Self-motivated, highly organised and flexible
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Some experience in HR System Implementation experience
