PA | Dublin 8 | 40-45K
My client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support him where you will be carrying out general PA duties. In this role you will have 6 weeks off during the summer & 2 weeks at Christmas fully paid.
The Role:
- Producing and amending high quality documentation from digital dictation and hand-written drafts
- Managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
- Taking ownership of billing processes.
- Accurately managing all filing, including e filing
- Diary /Travel management
- General administration including printing, posting, photocopying & scanning
- Compiling client information (e.g., research, client bios and company information)
The Person:
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior staff
- You have advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- You have experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems
- You have experience working with Digital Dictation systems
- You have an ability to re-prioritise tasks when required
- You have a flexible approach to your work
- You can effectively prioritise tasks in order of importance
- You have the ability to use initiative / skills to bring about a solution to a problem/issue.
- You have the ability to always act in a discreet/confidential manner
- You have the willingness to take ownership of the requirements of the role
- You can demonstrate a team focus and willingness and flexibility to assist others when required
- You are eager to learn/develop skills and knowledge to continually improve
