Our client is looking to recruit Personal Line Account Handlers for their offices in Cork.
Responsibilities:
- Secure coverage for customers’ personal cars, vans, and homes, ensuring all documentation is spot on.
- Provide quotes for motor and home insurance to new clients.
- Manage customer accounts, handling mid-term changes and claims with ease.
- Address customer queries, offering expert advice on personal insurance while ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in personal insurance or a related field is a plus.
- A positive, energetic attitude to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills; experience with any insurance software is a bonus, but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with great attention to detail.
