To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
• Relevant third-level qualification
• Extensive experience at management level is essential, not necessarily within a health care setting but with applicable skills and knowledge.
• Extensive experience in regulatory, health and safety, quality, clinical governance, and risk management essential.
• Extensive experience in mentoring and training staff essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of implementing improvements
• Evidence of ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
• Evidence of flexibility to respond to needs of the organisation as required.
