Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
£13.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
§ Undertake all first and second fix plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of bathrooms/wet rooms, kitchens and heating systems
§ Inspect plumbing work to identify the need for repairs or replacements
§ Minor work outside of trade as required
Criteria:
§ Either skilled or time-served apprenticeship complete
§ At least 1 year post apprenticeship experience
§ Experience in providing a response maintenance service
§ Full driving license
