Our Healthcare client in South Dublin has an exciting requirement for a Senior HR Administrator, for a 3-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidates will provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management and undertake various HR administration duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Assist in providing HR support, advice and guidance in relation to all aspects of Human Resources
· Support the review and updating of HR polices & procedures
· Reporting and systems administration
· Maintain efficient systems of records and personnel files.
· Assist with the recruitment & pre-employment process.
· Participate in any HR related projects
· General HR administration and related duties.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· A third level HR related qualification
· 3+ years Human Resources management experience
· Experience working in healthcare
· Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
· Have excellent organisational and planning abilities.
