Back Office Administrator - Cabinteely
What you will be doing:
• Strict adherence to compliance, operational procedures, and control standards
• Administrational and general office tasks
• Performing quality checks on outsourced activity and critical processes
• Liaising with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Entry level- no experience to minimal work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, project, word) and data manipulation
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outcomes for customers
• Motivated and driven individual who willing to learn
• Ability to prioritize
• Commutable distance to BOI Cabinteely office

While initially these are contracts circa 12 months in duration; due to ongoing investment in front line services, opportunities to extend are available subject to individual performance and availability of roles.
