Conveyancing Solicitor | Hybrid | Dublin 10
A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team based in Ballyfermot. This role offers a competitive salary & hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough title investigations and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring clear title for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and providing clear, concise legal advice.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements.
- Work closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with Irish property law and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks in property transactions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Has previously worked in an Irish law firm
