Our client is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and successful Irish company based in South Dublin. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work as part of a larger HR team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Building and maintaining relationships with the HR Department and assigned Business Units.
· Providing daily support and advice to line managers on employee relations, welfare, and performance issues.
· Resolving grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies.
· Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.
· Assessing training requirements for teams and individuals and coordinating with the L&D team.
· Participating in and leading Group HR initiatives as needed.
· Assisting managers with compensation, benefits, and employee relations processes.
· Supporting and guiding less experienced HR professionals.
· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
· A degree in HR or a related field.
· A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· The ability to align business and HR strategies.
· The ability to travel regularly within Europe.
