Recruitment Consultant – Construction/Engineering – Tokyo
Monthly Salary: 300,000-350,000 plus bonus Jap Yen- Permanent Position
Working with our clients consulting business supporting the infrastructure bids and projects teams to pipeline talent to support future and existing projects. You will source, review and screen potential hires globally. Ideally based in Tokyo.
Requirements:
- Pipelining and evaluating CVs for projects and tenders where our client gets an expression of interest and for technical proposals and tenders
- Negotiate working & financial conditions with experts
- Management of internal experts/candidate database
- Expanding/enhancing human resources (pool of candidates/engineers)
- Other business development tasks as instructed
Qualification:
- University Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, international development, infrastructure, consulting or relevant business
- Experience in business development / proposal preparation / project management / HR for consulting/engineering firms is advantage
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing for business)
- Basic computer skills
Working conditions:
- Place of work: preferably Tokyo but overseas option (Poland and India) may be considered.
- Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days remote
