Our client is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fluent German Speaker) to join their vibrant team in Dublin City Centre. The role is with a leading communications company. In this permanent, working fully onsite up to probation with hybrid working on offer after this time. You will leverage your expertise in the German-speaking market to identify and attract top talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you’ll develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position offers the chance to support recruitment efforts across Europe while enjoying a hybrid work model in a vibrant office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Oversee the recruitment process for German-speaking roles, from job postings to hiring.
· Source and engage top talent using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions in German-speaking regions.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.
· Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
· Support employer branding initiatives in German-speaking markets.
· Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
· Report on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, ideally with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
· Native level of written and spoken German language skills are essential.
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
· Previous experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Experience working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
