Siobhan O'SheaDirector, Client Services
Siobhan is Client Services Director for Cpl and a member of the Cpl leadership team. She is a frequent speaker and brand ambassador for Cpl’s ‘Future of Work Institute’ on workplace trends and Diversity & Inclusion. Siobhan is also a member of the Board of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Labour taskforce.
She is Chair of the Dublin Regional Skills Forum and a member of the DBEI Future of ICT Skills and HEA Springboard expert groups. Siobhan previously held a number of leadership roles with recruitment firm Morgan McKinley. Her early career was spent in New York working as an investment advisor on Wall Street and as a producer for financial television network CNBC.
Siobhan has served as a Board member of charity Teenline Ireland and is actively involved in the Open Doors Initiative and the Trinity School for People with Intellectual Disabilities. She qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD and is a qualified executive coach.
