What is the purpose of this Role?
Being for proactive support and service to an assigned portfolio of small to medium-sized clients via telephone or email
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and partners
- Account Management and growth
- Increasing client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for upselling's products and services
- Act as a point of contact for clients if any issue
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English
- Customer focused attitude
- Experience in the financial services or payments is an advantage
- Experience in working with retailers or ecommerce businesses is a plus
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Very good time management
