On behalf of their Client, Kenny-Whelan are hiring an Accounts Administrator for the Cork area.
This role is part-time.
The Role
The role will include processing Invoices for Payment, Bank Reconciliations and Accounts.
The Candidate
The candidate should have experience working in an accounts function.
• Capable of working on own initiative.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Word, Excel (advanced) Outlook experience
• Sage 50 Accounts package experience
• Good organisational skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Dealing with queries by phone and email.
• Knowledge of Purchase Orders an advantage
