Administrator - Part-time
Based in North Dublin, full-time in the office
- 20 hours per week
- €31k per annum pro-rata
- 3 month contract, with likelihood of extension
A high valued client of ours is hiring for an administrator to join their team. Exciting opportunity for an individual that wants to progress and broaden their experience within a well established facilities company.
Duties;
- Place orders for consumables as required
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Maintain the shared drive folders, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date, containing all current information
- Track Quotes/Approval
- Maintain Annual Leave Tracker
- providing reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a previous role
- MS suite experience
- Excel and Outlook proficient
