THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the brand strategy across UK & export markets. The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time as they continue to build their brands in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage & implement brand strategies across UK & export markets to deliver on brand growth objectives.
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and meet brand targets.
- Collaborate with the digital team to drive brand engagement through social media & content management
- Work closely with sale team & retailers to enhance brand visibility & in-store experience
- Work with creative agencies to & internal teams to develop compelling brand assets within brand guidelines, including brochures, sales aid, POS etc.
- Manage product launches with strong go-to-market strategies for both UK & export markets to support sales targets.
- Support sales teams on driving brand awareness & sales targets, attending necessary brand events, trade shows & industry events where necessary.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness & ROI across all brand activity and implement improvements where necessary.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify further opportunities to future proof the brand.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- 4+ years within Brand Marketing
- Experienced within the B2B space
- Highly personable, self-aware & approachable
- You thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Results oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Data-driven with a focus on return on investment.
Attractive salary on offer and 3 days a week on site in Dublin.
