Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands, aligning with business and customer needs.
🚀 Supplier Growth & Support: Assist suppliers in establishing and growing their platform presence, guiding them on market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and strategy.
💡 Innovative Category Management: Identify growth opportunities, propose innovative ideas, and implement projects through resource integration and merchant support.
📊 Market Analysis & Adaptation: Conduct industry analysis, explore customer needs through data insights, and adjust strategies in response to market trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in brand management, platform operations, or a similar role within e-commerce/online retail.
Extensive network of connections with local sellers and vendors (a plus).
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to drive insights, develop reports, and support project management.
Innovative and resourceful mindset, skilled in crafting and guiding merchant marketing plans.
Adaptable problem-solver, able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
