Clerical Officer

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Antrim area, with a starting salary of £11.59 per hour

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

·        Manage inbound calls from customers, resolving their enquiries

·        Provide administrative support such as data entry, scanning and filing

Requirements:

·        At least one’s years of experience within a similar position. Previous customer service skills, strong telephony skills and previous call handling experience would be advantageous

·        5 GCSE’s to include English and Math or equivalent level qualification
