The role:

·        Inbound call handling, effectively resolving any customer enquiries

·        Updating internal systems and spreadsheets

·        Scanning, filing and archiving of documents

Criteria:

·        1 year experience in a similar role

·        At least 5 GCSE’s including English and Math

·        Strong telephony skills, previous call handling experience desirable
