Our client a public sector client based in Laois is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their busy management and operations Team for a part time contract. This role will involve working 2 to 2.5 days per week with the occasional extra day from time to time
This position will be for a 6-month contract with view to extension depending on business needs.
This role will be fully officed based – remote working is not available due to the nature of the role and client
The successful candidate will be required to
- Liase with employees on compliance, training records, relevant paperwork etc
- Manage email inbox and respond to emails
- Process reports
- Provide general administration and operational support to the team
- Build and maintain relationships with both patients, their families and your team
- Be the 1st point of contact for patients attending the clinic
- Be the contact for general queries and respond to these queries in a timely matter
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Maintaining records such as data entry, logging letters issued, referrals etc
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work part time hours only
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team work skills
