Cpl has a requirement for a Clerical Officer to provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary Healthcare Team in Tralee, Kerry.
- 3 month contract initially
- 35 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- €16.38/hour
- Site-based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders and filing
- Liaising with other departments/agencies obtaining files as required
- Handling phone calls coming into the department from stakeholders
- Inputting and updating statistics on an Excel spreadsheet, processing data for reports etc.
- File preparation and uploading case files to the database
What you will have:
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional administration experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
