A client of ours. A surgery clinic are currently recruitment a Credit Controller for a 2 months fixed
term contract.
Duties will include:
• Deal with patient phone queries in an efficient, courteous and timely manner.
• Post and allocate payments received and issue receipts.
• Issue invoices and statements as required.
• Escalate any unresolved issues to the credit control team.
• Ad hoc duties as requested.
Person Specification:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Capable of working independently on own initiative and also as part of a team.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent IT skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word,
Outlook).
