Customer Onboarding Officer – Galway - Hybrid
My client, a leading credit management business is looking to recruit a Customer Onboarding Officer.
This is a hybrid position which requires 3 days onsite in their Galway.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to complete data transfer tasks within agreed timelines.
- Cleanse and refine data as necessary to amplify its precision and dependability during the transfer process.
- Devise meticulous data maps, outlining fields, attributes, and relationships, to guarantee data consistency and coherence.
- Diligently oversee data transfer activities, promptly troubleshoot challenges, and rectify any inconsistencies.
- Maintain unwavering data security and adherence to relevant regulations during the manual data transfer.
- Collaborate with IT teams to refine data transfer requirements and improve performance of functions.
- Methodically document data transfer procedures, workflows, and encountered hurdles for future reference.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record data management and transformation, or analogous data-related processes, ideally within a multifaceted business landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial or credit management systems is an advantage
