Our client, a leading provider of payment technology and software solutions is looking for customer service agents to work in office in Barneveld, Netherlands.
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers are provided with excellent service
- Answering customer questions over the telephone, according to the indicated processes and procedures
- Providing correct information to the customer such as balance statements, requests for additional cardholders and increasing credit limits
- Informing customers when using available online services and the IVR system and guiding them in carrying out transactions themselves
- Dealing with resistance conversations in a customer-friendly manner
- Providing product and service information upon customer request
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- You have a very good command of the Dutch language, and you also speak English. a 3rd European language (French, German or Spanish) would be a plus
- You live within a radius of approximately 1 hour travel time to/from Barneveld and you like to come to our office (no hybrid/work from home)
- You are looking for something for a longer period of time
- You have experience in customer service (personal, telephone)
