Our client is expanding, and are now seeking a Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and support of cutting-edge solutions for their clients. You will drive innovation and optimize business operations with Microsoft-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of Microsoft-based solutions.
- Manage and mentor a development team.
- Align solutions with client business objectives.
- Support strategic direction, revenue, and margin targets.
- Maintain and grow their solutions portfolio.
- Progress Agile and SDLC processes.
- Provide pre-sales support and participate in customer meetings.
- Understand client business models and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on Microsoft technologies and licensing.
- Manage development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
- Collaborate with global business partners.
- Contribute to all phases of software development.
- Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems.
- Prepare financial budgets and performance reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in development management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Microsoft Certifications preferred (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint).
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMI, CPM, MCSD, COE) are a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of SDLC and enterprise solutions.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
