CPL Healthcare is assisting our client in the recruitment of a Director of Nursing to assume responsibility for the overall management of their 57 bedded nursing home in Westmeath.
The Director of Nursing will be accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally, and will assume responsibility for the management of all staff within the nursing home.
This is a Specific Purpose / Fixed Term maternity leave cover contract with expected start date in February 2025 and expected duration of 6-9 months.
Candidate requirements
- Candidates must be registered with NMBI
- Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision making ability
- Level 6 Management / Supervisory Qualification
- Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience at management level.
