As a Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of person centred resident care that exceeds the required HIQA standards and legislative requirements
- Lead and manage a team
- Monitor clinical practice through audits and action results of same
- Organise and coordinate admission, nursing and resident care procedures
Applicant requirements:
- NMBI Registration(full registration, no adaptation/aptitude available)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Care of the Elderly setting
- Management experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, staff and all external bodies
- Excellent Clinical Skills
- Willingness to learn
