RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Work with the EDI & Wellbeing Manager to support the delivery of the organisation’s EDI & Wellbeing strategy.
· Work on initiative to engage, educate and inspire colleagues in line with the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy.
· Organisation of events and initiatives with external partners
· Contribute to the research and review of EDI & Wellbeing related policies.
· Maintain and update EDI & Wellbeing content on the corporate intranet
· Coordinate and manage the centralised EDI and Wellbeing events calendar.
· Monitor and respond to the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 1+ years’ relevant experience in EDI and Wellbeing,
· Experience and interest in creating and promoting positive workplace cultures.
· Strong project management skills/knowledge
· Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience of Microsoft Office, competent use of Word/PowerPoint/Excel is essential.
