Key tasks will include:
· Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
· Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
· Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP/IFRS.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
· Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be:
· A Qualified Accountant with min 3 years PQE
· Commercial/Retail background
