What does the typical day look like:
- Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: incoming and outgoing calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or checking emails to/from landlords.
- Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
- Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Compliance with processes.
- Data Entry and Process Monitoring: Involves entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Work with the Lease Processor team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly.
What are we looking for:
- German speakers
- Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
- Customer service, data entry, and quality control experience are helpful.

- Salary: €30,000 - 35,000 per annum base salary
