- Additional Support related questions as needed
- Resolve customer queries related to a wide array of products using the relevant tools and systems
Requirements:
- Native-level German speaker
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support Role
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Eu Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
