Cpl Recruitment are looking for an experience HR Generalist for a 1 month contract with a not for profit organisation in West Dublin, offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to harness your HR skills. You must have 2- 3 years HR experience.
Responsibilities Required:
- Proactively coordinate and support the delivery of HR processes and programmes
- Assist with the administration and implementation of HR company policies and procedures
- Coordinate investigations, under the terms of the Discipline, Grievance,
- Support the People & Culture team in assisting with HR initiatives/projects as required
Experience Required:
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- HR/CIPD qualification
- Excellent communication Skills
