Our public sector services client, based in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team, for 12-month contract. The successful candidate will join provides HR guidance, support resolution of employee relations issues, analyse HR metrics and improve stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2-day WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Provide HR advice and support to assigned business areas
· Use employment law and policy & procedure knowledge to advise the best solution possible
· Preparation and analysis of HR performance management data to share any requested intel/findings
· Assisting in the development and implementation of organisational change initiatives.
· Contribute effectively to the workforce planning as needed
· Advising on recruitment and retention strategies
· Support management to deal with employee relations issues, providing sound advice on any IR issues that may arise.
· Manage recruitment processes through all stages, from drafting role specs to candidate selection
· On-boarding and induction processes for all incoming employees
· Support on payroll inputs for the organisation
· Support the probation management process for all employees
· Design and deliver internal training courses as required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce
· 5+ years relevant HR experience
· A full Category B driving licence
· Public Sector experience would be desirable but not essential.
· Industrial Relations experience (Highly Desirable)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
