Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a HR Project Lead with an Irish global organisation, supporting them with a large transformation project. With the support of the change team and various HRBP’s, you will create a valid strategic people plan and deliver on it which will have large organisational impact.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the people and organisation transition planning activities
- Agree and lead on organisational changes globally
- Create a programme for employees effected by change
- Minimise disruption to the people plans during this time
- Mitigate any risk associated with potential changes
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in a global company who have gone through a re-structure or period of change
- Hands on experience with complex ER cases
- Previous experience with unions or European councils would be an advantage
- The ability to lead and influence is essential in this role
- Project management experience
- Irish employment Law exposure is essential
