Cpl HR Recruitment is partnering with a Healthcare, Public Sector client to hire a HR Operations Manager to join their broader HR team in one of their multiple locations across Dublin. In this leadership role, you will report to the Head of HR Operations and oversee a team of 2 direct reports. The successful candidates will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR operations strategies, aligned to the organisation’s culture, and fully focused on a positive employee experience. It is a permanent role, offering hybrid working.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Oversee the daily operations of the HR function
· Lead the integration and standardisation of HR processes in a dynamic and evolving environment
· Provide guidance and support on a wide range of complex employee matters
· Cultivate strong partnerships and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders
· Offer best practice HR leadership and advice to both HR teams and managers
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 4+ years HR experience, preferably working within a Healthcare or Public Sector environment
· Proven experience in team leadership or people management is essential
· Exposure to change management processes
· Strong expertise in Irish employee relations and knowledge of Irish Employment Law is required
· Strong influencing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
· Willingness to travel across various Dublin locations, on an ad-hoc basis based on business needs.
