Cpl HR Recruitment are supporting a large investment company with the recruitment of a HR Operations Team Lead. With 2 direct reports, you will support the wider business with all administrative, HRIS functionality and operations for the HR team. This position may suit a HR generalist who is looking to progress their career and take the opportunity to lead a team.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Coach and lead a HR administrator and HR intern
- Be responsible for the delivery of high quality HR operations
- Update and maintain the HRIS system
- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Co-ordinate and lead on training scheduling, while liaising with vendors
- Support with Ad Hoc HR projects with the wider HR function
Skills and experience required:
- 4+ years in a HR function
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others would be an advantage
- Strong HRIS experience and use of MS office applications is required
- Experience in a professional or corporate environment would be ideal
- Working Irish employment knowledge is essential
