HSE Coordinator Support
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and updating regulatory documents such as Risk Assessments and Chemical Inventories. Activity Planning: Assisting in planning and tracking HSE activities within the TrackWise system.
• HSE Work Item Management: Monitoring and managing HSE tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Regulatory Audit Support: Providing administrative support during regulatory audits.
• Award Submission & Recognition: Coordinating award nominations and recognition programs.
• Periodic Review Reports: Assisting with the preparation and distribution of periodic reviews for HSE SOPs and training programs.
• Regulatory Filings: Preparing and submitting regulatory letters and compliance filings.
• 3E Safety Data Sheet Management: Managing the 3E Safety Data Sheet system.
• HSE Events Coordination: Assisting in planning and executing HSE-related events.
• Emergency Response Communications: Administering emergency response communication efforts.
• Contractor Management: Supporting contractor management processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an HSE administrative or compliance support role is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with TrackWise and 3E Safety Data Sheet Management System is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
