Role Overview
- •You are the helping hand for employees of well-known DAX companies with hardware and software problems via email, telephone, chat or ticketing.
- You receive error messages and inquiries and resolve them independently (of course after appropriate training and always with access to guidelines)
- You work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of IT projects.
- Participation in the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and training materials.
- If you cannot solve the problem, you forward it to the next support level.
Your Profile
• Fluent German and good English skills
• At least 6 months experience in a helpdesk or service desk support role.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications and hardware components.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
The Offer
Salary: €28,500 - €31,500
