Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Learning and Development Specialist to join an organisation in Dublin City. The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have 1 years experience in Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the L&D function in the planning, co-ordination and delivery.
- Liaise with training groups with the roll-out of their training programmes.
- Co-ordinate the quarterly Induction Programme with new employees
- Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for the organisations events
- Answer any learning and development employee queries
- Create reports on learning and development.
- Monitor the &D evaluation forms.
- Assist with other L&D matters and on-going projects as required.
- Co-ordinate the Graduate Programme within the organisation.
- Co-ordinate the recruitment, induction, training, and on-going support of Graduate programme.
What you will need:
- Previous Learning and Development Specialist experience in the HR field.
- Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR with CIPD membership (desirable).
- Proven HR Generalist and strong admin experience.
- Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detail.
