The role:

·        You will support and mentor design team members, addressing any queries or issues they may have.

·        Your role will involve analysing current design processes and procedures, implementing improvements, and developing work instructions and operating procedures to support production processes.

·        You will investigate engineering problems, implement solutions and corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying potential enhancements in design, processes, and manufacturing techniques.

What you need:

·        You will need a third-level qualification in an engineering-related discipline

·        4 years of experience in a design engineering role.

·        Experience with SolidWorks is desirable but not mandatory.

·        Experience with Chassis desirable not essential
