MARKETING STRATEGY MANAGER UK & IRELAND
Duration: 6 months
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid working 2-3 days remote)
Pay rate: £30 per hour PAYE
Hours: 35 hours per week
The Marketing Strategy Manager UK & Ireland is a critical member of the extended brand team, responsible for informing the Brand strategy and ensuring robust project leadership and tactical execution excellence in driving in-line marketing and launch strategies.
This role supports efforts to achieve brand objectives, supports the end-to-end brand and HCP customer strategy as well as patient journey and access strategy.
This individual maintains a deep understanding of HCP and patient insights and analytics to build omnichannel strategies, and collaborates closely with the Brand Lead and the Brand team (Medical, Access, OC Strategy Lead) to support strong strategic planning and execution for brand growth to best meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
-Supports the build and delivery of the brand HCP and Patient strategy and plan to drive success and growth of the brand.
-Informs the end-to-end brand and HCP customer journey from omnichannel strategy to execution.
-Builds collaborative relationships with the cross-functional Brand Team members to ensure unified brand strategy.
-Integrates insights from advanced analytics models and market research to develop HCP customer journey, customer segments and create tailored omnichannel strategies, optimizing channel selection.
-Leverages omnichannel capabilities and rapid, personalized content creation processes to enhance customer experience and engagement.
-Utilizes engagement and performance feedback to improve customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
Accountability/Execution:
-Contribute to the development of strategic development and implementation of tactical plan for brand and launch strategies, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy through close working relationships with cross functional and field teams.
-Work closely with Access and Medical teams to translate insights into Brand strategic imperatives.
-Work in partnership with other Senior Marketing Marketing Strategy Manager and Professional -Relations manager to plan and deliver content (including for congresses, advisory boards, expert committee meetings, speaker programmes, Rising Star Masterclasses etc) across personal and non-personal channels, including working iteratively with agencies to ensure approval and production of personalized content for customers.
-Supports financial assumptions, forecasting and brand spend.
-Works with analytics and market research teams to define and implement performance metrics.
-Champions modular content production and omnichannel deployment in collaboration with Omnichannel COE, BI&A, and agencies.
