About the Role
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic and operational marketing plans to promote educational products, services, and member activities. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and Marketing, this role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a blend of operational expertise and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote educational products, services, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand member sentiment, behaviors, and education trends.
- Content Creation: Create marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns to enhance engagement.
- Event Promotion: Organize and attend educational events and conferences to showcase offerings.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website content and social media schedules to boost online presence and engagement.
- Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and local partners to expand reach and impact.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of building and reporting on successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strategic and operational expertise.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Digital literacy and creative writing skills.
- Metrics-driven thinking with a passion for lifelong learning and adaptability.
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with the insurance or regulatory education environment.
- Experience working within a membership-based organization.
