The main objectives of the role is to help increase the number of organisations using the platform as well as helping existing customers grow their supporter base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new fundraising organizations and support retention and growth of existing users.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan and manage campaigns, content creation, and platform optimization.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to gather feedback, deliver presentations, and use insights to improve service.
- Event Management: Organize and exhibit at events and exhibitions to promote the platform.
- Promotional Content Creation: Design marketing materials, including posters, leaflets, social media posts, and videos.
- Website Management: Oversee and enhance the brand's presence online.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Internal Process Management: Maintain records, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to support marketing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills and Attributes:
- Proactivity, trustworthiness, and reliability are a must.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with creative problem-solving skills.
- Full Irish driving license and own vehicle.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally including:
- Digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Campaign design and execution (email, social media, advertisements).
- Event management and presenting to potential clients.
- Customer engagement and insights analysis.
- Designing promotional materials and templates.
- Familiarity with market analysis and website management.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
